Instruction is the key.

Acts 8:30 Phillip ran up close and heard the man reading aloud from the book of Isaiah. Phillip asked him Do you understand what you are reading?

31 The official answered How can I understand unless someone helps me! He then invited Phillip to come up and sit beside him.
34 The official said to Phillip “Tell me was the prophet talking about himself or someone else! ”

35 So Phillip began at this place in the scripture and explained the good news about Jesus.

36-37 As they were going along the road, they came to a place where there was some water. The official, said, Look!” Here is some water. Why can’t I be baptized.

There are so many Hungary hearts out there from all different backgrounds just like this official. Most people that are truly Hungary they aren’t looking for a program to satisfy them but someone’s light that can lead them to truth. If we we just take that bushel out from around our lights Jesus will lead the Hungary hearts to you. You usually can tell when you have a Hungary heart because they will be tuned into every word that you say. Most Hungary hearts want to be properly instructed just as the official did. When a person is not properly it will leave confusion and questions. A true disciple will want to lead his student to a walk with God.
